This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.1.1 (non-text content).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some form elements are not correctly labelled, which can make it difficult for screen reader users to understand the purpose of the form controls. This fails WCAG 2.2 success criterion 1.3.1 (info and relationships).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Disproportionate burden<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ve assessed the cost of fixing the issues with PDF documents published before September 2020. We believe that doing so now would be a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Content that\u2019s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">PDF documents published before September 23, 2018, are exempt from the accessibility regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What we\u2019re doing to improve accessibility<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our website.
